Personal Service and Service by Posting
Location Based Rates Starting at $80.00

All Personal Services include:
1. Up to four documented attempts; Morning, Afternoon, Evening & Weekend
2. Court Ready Proof of Personal Service Affidavit
Video Capture with Time Stamp and GPS Track Available Upon Request
All Services by Posting include:
1. One Personal Service Attempt at the Posting Address
2. A Court Ready Proof of Personal Service Affidavit (If Successful)
3. Three Time Stamped, GPS Tracked Photos
Alternative Service
$80.00 Per Hour – One Hour Minimum
When Personal Service cannot be reasonably made, or a defendant is actively avoiding service the judge may approve an Ex Parte Motion for Alternative Service. We can complete the approved method (or combination of methods) of service and provide detailed documentation for your case.
All time spent coordinating alternative service is billed at an hourly rate of $80.00 Per Hour.
Any third-party costs incurred for publishing or mailing are passed through to the client at cost plus a 35% administrative markup.
All Alternative Services include:
1. An Affidavit of Alternative Service
2. Necessary documentation and proof of actions taken to complete service
Court Filings
Klickitat County – $80.00
Skamania County – $240.00
We offer document filing with Klickitat and Skamania County courts, including delivery, submission, and return of conformed copies.
Filing fees are passed through to the client on the invoice at cost + a 5% Administrative Markup.
Responsibility for document accuracy and legal sufficiency remains with the submitting party.

Applies when service requires specific delivery timing or coordination at the client’s request.

Stakeout / Waiting
$80 Per Hour – One Hour Minimum
Waiting Time starts after 15 minutes of arrival to attempt service and is rounded up to the next half hour.

Night Owl Service
$100.00 Flat Fee
The fee applies to service attempts made between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, as well as on recognized holidays.

Multiple Entity, Document & Affidavit Fees
Multiple Entities at Same Address
50% Reduced Rate for Additional Entities (Same Attempt)
When multiple individuals or entities can be served during the same visit:
- Service of first Entity billed at full rate
- Service of Additional Entities billed at 50% discount
If additional attempts are required for any individual, those attempts are billed at the full rate.

Multiple Documents
$10.00 Per Affidavit
When multiple documents require separate Proof of Service affidavits, an additional fee applies per affidavit.
Most services can be documented on a single affidavit. Additional charges apply only when required by document volume or case structure.
