Terms and Legal

For Private individuals, first-time clients, and out-of-area clients, advance payment is the preferred method of doing business.

If you prefer to pay after service has been completed, the Proof of Personal Service Affidavit and/or proof of posting will be provided only upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Established clients with approved billing arrangements will receive Proof of Service included with their invoice.

Invoices are issued via Square Invoice to the client’s email address.

Payment is due upon receipt. We accept Debit and Credit Cards, ACH Transfer, and Cash App Payments.

Invoices remaining unpaid for more than fifteen (15) days may result in the suspension or refusal of future services until all outstanding balances are paid in full.

All services are billed according to the descriptions on the Services and Fees page. For an estimate for a specific location, please visit our Estimates Page.

Unless otherwise instructed in advance, the server will make up to four (4) service attempts as part of routine service. If the client requests additional attempts, or provides alternate instructions, further efforts will be billed at an hourly rate of $80.00 Per Hour.

We respectfully request to be informed of any known safety risks associated with a service request. This includes, but is not limited to, information indicating that the subject may be involved in criminal activity, has a history of violence, or is known to possess weapons, including non-lethal and less-lethal devices.

The client must specify that all addresses are to be attempted simultaneously. Otherwise, the first address listed will be attempted until attempts have been exhausted or bad address, before moving on to the next address.

Any service that cannot be completed due to incorrect address, the subject moved, subject is not known, deceased, attempts have been exhausted, or the service has been cancelled by client, will not be discounted and charged at full rate.

If the service is cancelled by the client before it is attempted, the documents will be returned and no charge will be incurred.

If the service is cancelled by the client after an attempt has been made, the documents will be returned and charged at the full rate.

Time required for civil standby or law enforcement coordination is billed at the Waiting / Stakeout Hourly Rate.
